Comfort Those Dealing with Anxiety

So many things
To be anxious about
God gives us what’s needed
To help others out.

Elihu was sent
To set matters straight
And help Job to see
That Jehovah is great

Elihu had listened
Til it was his turn
Bringing honor to God
Was his chief concern

Elihu was careful
In choosing his words
He knew Job was hurting
This he had observed

His message direct
But tempered with love
He brought attention
To his God above

Elihu was someone
We can all imitate
Love for God and for man
We must cultivate

When we find a brother
Who might be in need
We owe it to him
To do a good deed

The troubles he’s facing
Might cause him to doubt
Please Don’t hesitate
To help him out

Love and encouragement
Go a long way
In helping a brother
Who’s going astray

Someday we’ll look back
And our hearts will sing
We’ll no longer recall
This system of things

The pain will be gone
Along with the tears
Replaced with much joy
And none of the fears

We’ll look around
All anxiety gone
Thanks to our God
We can finally move on
