Enduring the Pain

Hello my friend
I’m thinking of you
And hoping this poem
Is encouraging too

When we don’t feel good
It seems we’re alone
Experiencing sadness
To anxiety prone

Always remember
That Jehovah knows
And his loving care
He always shows

Good friends he provides
To help us out
Building us up
When we start to doubt

When we take the time
To get to know him
Our outlook on life
Will not be so grim

He promises soon
To take pain away
We are all waiting
To see that day

Until that day comes
There are things we must do
These things will help us
To make it through
